Men n\u00e4r jag \u00e4r ute bland folk besparar jag alla den gratis konserten och v\u00e4ljer ist\u00e4llet en podcast.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<p>Podcasts \u00e4r ett utm\u00e4rkt s\u00e4tt att h\u00e5lla sig informerad och l\u00e4ra sig saker p\u00e5 spr\u00e5ng &#8211; och jag \u00e4r inte den enda som tycker det. Cirka 73 miljoner vuxna i USA har lyssnat p\u00e5 en podcast under den senaste m\u00e5naden. Det \u00e4r ungef\u00e4r en fj\u00e4rdedel av befolkningen!<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"my30 py10\"> <\/div>\n\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.edisonresearch.com\/podcast-consumer-2018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">K\u00e4lla<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>Och de g\u00f6r det inte halvdant heller. Den genomsnittliga lyssnaren tar del av 7 podcasts i veckan, och antalet har \u00f6kat fr\u00e5n \u00e5r till \u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n<p>Med storytelling som den nya marknadsf\u00f6ringen lanserar f\u00f6retag sina egna podcasts f\u00f6r att informera, utbilda och skapa kontakt med sina kunder. Och det har de gjort! Traditionella podcasts om Customer Experience (CX) intervjuar CS-proffs medan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.akitaapp.com\">mjukvaruf\u00f6retag<\/a> och konsulter inom <a href=\"https:\/\/www.akitaapp.com\">Customer Success<\/a> producerar sina egna serier.
